In this episode, we speak with Nikki Kiger, pediatric physical therapist, yoga instructor, anatomy expert, and self improvement junkie on the benefits of protecting and directing your energy. We learn about Kundalini yoga, a type of yoga that uses sound, mantra, energy healing, exercises and meditations direct, elevate, and release energy. Nikki gives tips on doing yoga and pranayama’s (breath work) and gives us some good language to use when doing meditations with our kids. Nikki said this and it stood out to us, “where your attention goes your energy flows.” She gives us simple techniques and action steps to help raise our vibrations and redirect our attention and energy.
