Episode 34: The Body: how this yoga method can help people heal from the inside out with Laura Hitchman

In this episode we speak with Laura Hitchman, owner and operator of OV Power Yoga, a yoga studio in Wheeling, WV whose purpose is to create an environment that increases longevity through functional movement so you can sweat harder, breathe longer and laugh louder.  We talk about her transition back to Wheeling from Charleston, SC and how she thought it was temporary but to her surprise is now rooted here and thriving. We speak about everything from opening her business 9 months after moving back, operating in a pandemic, different styles of yoga, the benefits she's seen of yoga in her life,  to how her business has evolved and how she helped heal herself of chronic illness with a yoga method she created called The Body.  Laura is launching a January challenge called The Body Reboot, if you're ready to commit to some self care in 2022 this is a great challenge to join.  Challenge begins on January 3rd and runs through February 2nd. Deadline to register is December 31. New class times are being added to the schedule to give you plenty of opportunity to attend. If you're curious about trying yoga, this is a great listen.
